The Class

Step into the kitchen.

Most classes are hands-on; a few are mostly demonstration with hands-on moments built in. You leave with the recipes and skills you can use at home.

Classes run $95 to $145 per person. See upcoming dates on the calendar.

What We Cook

From sauces to croissants.

One class might focus on classic French sauces, the next on Beef, Fish, and Lamb Wellingtons. Some classes work through croissants from scratch or homemade ravioli; others move with the season into tomato dishes and summer fruit. Holiday weeks bring menus to match, from Bastille Day to the Fourth of July, and most end with a toast to what you’ve made.
